These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Novalantis website, products and enterprise AI services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of Services

Novalantis provides advanced AI workflows, document intelligence and agentic AI platforms for enterprise use. You may only use the Services in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying AI models of the Services.
• Use the Services to process classified, highly sensitive, or illegal data without prior authorization and appropriate enterprise agreements.
• Attempt to bypass or break any security or rate-limiting mechanism of the platform.

2. Enterprise Agreements

For enterprise clients, these Terms are supplemented by a Master Services Agreement (MSA) or an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA). In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and your specific enterprise agreement, the terms of your enterprise agreement will take precedence.

3. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is critically important to us. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Novalantis implements strict, enterprise-grade data isolation and security measures.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including our proprietary LLMs, RAG architectures and workflow automation agents, remain the exclusive property of Novalantis. You retain all rights to the data you input into the Services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novalantis and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our site and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
