1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing or using any Novalantis enterprise services, systems, software agents or APIs, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, organization or another legal entity, you represent that you have the administrative and legal authority to bind such entity. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use any of our solutions.

2. Services Offered

Novalantis designs, builds and deploys high-performance, enterprise-grade cognitive architectures and software systems. Our comprehensive suite of services includes:

• Agentic AI Systems: Multi-agent reasoning, planning and task execution systems configured for enterprise infrastructure.
• Workflow Automation: Complex, multi-step orchestration workflows connecting legacy services and modern databases.
• Voice AI: High-concurrency multilingual conversational systems for support and engagement pipelines.
• Recruitment Automation: Smart screening, interactive chat/voice evaluations and automated candidate management systems.
• QA Automation: Natural language driven browser and functional testing agents executing validation suites autonomously.
• Document Intelligence: RAG architectures, sovereign semantic indexes and automated document extraction pipelines.
• Enterprise SaaS Solutions: Cloud-native software-as-a-service platforms engineered for operational safety and high scalability.

3. User Responsibilities

As a client or user of Novalantis platforms, you acknowledge and agree to hold the following operational responsibilities:

• Lawful Usage: You agree to use the services solely in compliance with applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate and current administrative credentials, system configurations and context data.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your systems, API keys, passwords and user access roles.
• No Misuse of AI Systems: You will not attempt to jailbreak, reverse engineer, systematically prompt-inject, extract training weights or intentionally bypass safety guardrails built into Novalantis models, agents or endpoints.

4. Intellectual Property

The ownership of creative, computational and technical assets is defined as follows:

• Novalantis Branding: All trademarks, logos, service marks, designs and brand symbols are the exclusive property of Novalantis.
• Software & Models: All proprietary software architectures, machine learning models, custom weights, reasoning loops, system prompts, interfaces and code libraries developed by Novalantis are protected by global copyright and patent laws.
• Documentation: Custom user manuals, deployment schematics and technical specifications are protected intellectual assets of Novalantis.
• Content Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights to the raw inputs, corporate documents, database tables and materials you upload to our systems. Novalantis does not claim ownership of user inputs or training data submitted to private client instances.

5. Service Availability & Support

Novalantis makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure 24/7 service availability. However, services may be occasionally subject to scheduled maintenance windows, system updates and feature deployments. We provide support tiers under distinct Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as defined in signed Enterprise Contracts. Emergency updates and security patches may be deployed automatically with brief notices to secure server infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Novalantis, its directors, officers, employees and licensing partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data corruption, network downtimes, operational disruptions or financial liabilities arising out of your access to or use of our cognitive systems, automation tools or public APIs.
